Curtainsider Swap Bodies

In response to our customers’ requirements, Eurocontainer has designed and manufactured a wide range of 45’ curtainsider swap bodies.

Drawing on our extensive experience in the manufacture of these units, we offer a variety of configurations, including:

• MULTI LOCK lashing system on both sides of the swap body
• Roof options: curtain, aluminium or steel
• Raising roof system
• Stackable design
• Coil wells for steel coil transport
• Special bodies for wood chip transport, featuring lifting and sliding roofs, fixed curtain or aluminium roofs, and sliding side curtains

In 2020, we certified Spain’s first 45’ curtainsider swap body with a lifting roof, sliding side curtains and compliance with UNE-EN 12642 XL and UNE-EN 12640 standards.

In 2021, to mark the European Year of Rail, we introduced OLYMPIA, our new range of curtainsider swap bodies, designed to promote more efficient and sustainable intermodal transport.
