We present a new asphalt spraying tanker. This tanker features an auxiliary engine to operate the entire spraying system when trucks do not have a power take-off (PTO).
The tanker is divided into three compartments with capacities of 500 litres (diesel), 2,500 litres (water), and 5,500 litres (emulsion).
It is equipped with a 5-metre extendable ramp, and the distance between the sprayer nozzles is 100 millimetres.
The submersible emulsion pump delivers a flow rate of 35,000 litres per hour. It has a hydrostatic transmission, providing constant flow and pressure.
The operation of the electro-pneumatic valves for the different work modes (loading, unloading, homogenisation, etc.) is controlled by a processor.
This asphalt spraying unit is equipped with a control panel in the truck cab, featuring a 7.5-inch display and a ramp-control joystick, making operation straightforward and practical from the driver’s seat.
This new tanker stands out for its versatility, ease of use, and high productivity. Thanks to its 5-metre deployable ramp and excellent manoeuvrability, it can operate in even the most difficult-to-access areas.
